Service technician pumps until nothing comes out of the pipe, if you call us and say your RV needs pumped again because your gage is saying its full, we will consider that a new job and bill accordingly. We will not come back to pump the RV for free just on your hunch.
Reasons why your gages say you are showing full after we have pumped the RV. • The gauges are not accurate. • Something is on sensor in the tank(s) causing the gauge(s) to say they are full; this could include toilet paper and/or waste. • The customer not using enough water to be able to pump the waste out. • The pipe between the toilet and the tank is plugged and full.
Bear Necessities Portable Restrooms trains our service technicians to close all valves after the removal of waste from all tanks. We are not liable for any damage if you overflow your tank(s) and cause damage to your own RV. It is your responsibility to check your gages for the capacity of the tank. We do not leave waste, gray or galley tank valves open.
The customer agrees that by scheduling an RV service(s) and the service technician shows up on site and customer decides to send them away without servicing the RV, that you will be billed a serviced charge for the technician's time.
